Two Easy Steps to Verify a Part

Step 1:

Email digital photographs to parts@blainewindow.com.  Include several angles of your part(s) beside a tape measure, along with your name and telephone number.  Include the words “Blaine Window Hardware” in the subject line.

Step 2:

The research department will identify your part(s) and email you a picture of the part(s) along with the part number(s).  Our Customer Service Department will then send you a quote within 24 hours.

By placing this order, you agree to the identification of your hardware. If for any reason you return the product, other than damaged goods, a 25% restocking charge will be placed against the credit of your return. Special order items are non-returnable. Credit will not be issued on any returns without prior approval from our Customer Service Department.

The below ordering information can be created as a “canned response” on the customer service computers.  When they go to send the quote, this information can be put right into the message from the “canned response” in gmail.  Can also use a template.  If it is using the AS400, I would need to see how that looks, but still can probably be saved and pasted in each time.  Hand out a business card with the website info for identifying their part rather than a full sheet of paper.
