ORDERING INFORMATION

Express Ordering

For express ordering, dial 301-797-6500 from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, EST. Orders can also be faxed, 24 hours a day to 301-791-6982. We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. A $5.00 processing fee will be added to all orders less than $25.00 merchandise total. Terms are Net 30 days for open account customers. Late charges of 1 1/2% per month will be added to all outstanding balances over 30 days. Stock items can be shipped the same day the order is placed. Orders for stock merchandise may be shipped on a Cash on Delivery basis.

Price quotes may be obtained by calling 301-797-6500, faxing your requirements to 301-791-6982, texting to 301-639-4174, emailing here, or writing to the Blaine Drive address. Prices are valid for (45) days, and quoted FOB Hagerstown, Maryland, unless otherwise specified. Due to the nature of our business we are unable to publish a price list.

Parts Identification

Our research department has more than 90 years of combined knowledge and experience in identifying replacement hardware parts, both current and obsolete, and offering solutions to your replacement hardware problems. Please submit a digital photo, blueprints, or drawings to our Research Department by texting 301-639-4174, emailing here, or submitting samples by mail to 17319 Blaine Drive, Hagerstown, Maryland 21740 and include your name, address, and quantity needed and allow at least (5) days processing time. Samples are returned at your request. We strongly suggest that customers send samples via UPS, or insured First Class postage prepaid.

Shipping

Orders will be shipped by either FedEx or United States Postal Service (USPS), (common carrier when size, weight or quantity of boxes require).  When ordering be sure to specify your carrier of choice, customer is responsible for all shipping charges, unless otherwise specified at time of order.  We also offer FedEx Express (2-day shipment – if it fits it ships), FedEx Ground, FedEx 2-Day, and FedEx Next Day, however at a premium price and depending on time of order, and inventory of products, day of shipment may not be the same day as ordered.  Please call in orders that are delivery dependent.  We are on the east coast and FedEx picks up around 4:00 pm.  We do not want to disappoint you with service and would like the opportunity to discuss deliveries.

Returns

All returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days from receipt of material. Authorization numbers are available by calling us at 301-797-6500. All authorization numbers must appear on the outside of the carton and merchandise must be shipped prepaid to our warehouse. Shipping charges will not be credited on returns unless authorized in writing by Customer Service. Any unauthorized returns will be refused. A restocking fee of 25% will be charged for returns when the customer ordered incorrectly. We strongly urge you to send a sample to eliminate doubt when placing orders. Special order or custom made parts are not returnable unless defective.
