Two Easy Steps to Verify a Part

Step 1: Email digital photographs to parts@blainewindow.com.  Include several angles of your part(s) beside a tape measure, along with your name and telephone number.  Include the words “Blaine Window Hardware” in the subject line. Step 2: The research department will identify your part(s) and email you a picture of the part(s) along with the part number(s).  Our Customer Service Department will then send you a quote within 24 hours. To order: send details to orders@blainewindow.com . You can also shop online at blainewindow.com or call Customer Service at 301-797-6500 and they will assist you with your quote/order. By placing this order, you agree to the identification of your hardware. If for any reason you return the product, other than damaged goods, a 25% restocking charge will be placed against the credit of your return. Special order items are non-returnable. Credit will not be issued on any returns without prior approval from our Customer Service Department.
